Intercept Legal-Courier specializes in time critical on demand same day delivery. We are positioned to be flexible and responsive for urgent delivery assignments in the downtown area and city and suburbs of the Chicago area.
We limit the number of shipments our couriers handle on a delivery route. This allows us to respond quickly to immediate delivery requests and turn on a dime in any direction.

We treat each delivery transaction as a mission---your mission. In turn, we use our couriers as delivery agents specially assigned to carry out the details of your particular assignment. We recognize that shipments that move today via same day delivery are, by their nature, very important since overnight delivery options are out of the question.
We hire our couriers from outside the industry---because we do more with them
Some of our work requires a higher level of customer service from our couriers along with solid communications skills. We hire from outside the industry and train our couriers ourselves stressing proactive communication with an emphasis on following specific instructions.
Some of the work we handle involves key delivery instruction as to who can and can not sign for a delivery. We have learned the hard way that hiring some couriers from the competition, while convenient, we find that some have been poorly trained, and tend to miss key details because they are not paying attention.
We focus on Order Entry
Many delivery problems begin during the order entry process. While other delivery services treat order entry as “entry level” we concentrate to make sure we get the correct information and the key details that spell the difference between on time and out of time.
You save money with less waiting time as well as a higher on time percentage on your deliveries. And we will get you off the phone quickly so you can get back to work.
Every order includes a “real time” delivery deadline. We don’t leave to chance comments like “just sometime today” or later this afternoon.”
We define customer service as Pro Active Communication
We train our couriers to report any traffic delay “in real time.” We then inform our customers should the delay have any impact on their delivery deadline in real time.
We call our customers with free delivery confirmation for any order requiring either direct delivery or mileage of more than 25 miles. They tell us they like hearing that an important delivery was completed on schedule.
Special attention for Off Hours & Weekend deliveries
We have customers who use us exclusively for their off hours residential deliveries. Beyond the obvious requirements of prompt, reliable delivery, they require something more, immediate delivery confirmation. In this world of “don’t ring the doorbell and wake the baby,” we report delivery time upon completion so our customer can email the residence to inform them that their delivery has been completed.
