Boxed in due to a lack of available staff resources?
Think outside the box with our White Glove service.
Some of Intercept’s more enterprising customers use us for very “non traditional” deliveries. From prescription delivery to spare keys, emergency office supplies, even dry cleaning, they entrust vital errands to us ---and we deliver.
It’s not billable, but it’s critical
Delegating to us creates last minute options on how to use staff resources and keep the team on schedule with higher priority projects. At a time of 60 hour weeks, shrinking support staffs and fluid schedules, Intercept improves department productivity ---on an on demand basis.
How can Intercept do what other services can’t?
Our couriers are hired from outside the industry ---not other courier services. We base our decisions on intelligence, personality, communications skills and the ability to follow precise instructions.
We handle rigorous delivery requests on a daily basis such as replacement credit cards, kidney dialysis machines and consignee only deliveries. These transactions each include very rigid SOPs ---and we follow them.
...So what makes you guys different?
Other delivery services treat order entry as entry level. Not us. We collect the right information and ask the right questions. Research shows that many delivery delays result from critical details missed during the order taking process.
...Great, so I have to answer 100 questions right?
Not at all. We ask four or five important questions --- common sense stuff. Not a big deal.
...But I already have support staff to do this sort of thing
Maybe you do and good for you. But smaller companies don't always have the luxury of manpower at a given moment. And even large firms incur absenteeism on a given day or worse, you already have someone with their hands full on a bigger project.
...Just what I need, another excuse to run up my courier budget
As a matter of fact, no. In discussions with our customers the past few years, this service should only be needed on an occasional basis ---once or twice a month.
...So what’s in it for me?
The value of this service is in knowing it is available. It's not how often you use us ---it's when.
...Yeah but if I can’t afford to use it, what’s the point?
Actually, a White Glove delivery costs no more than what you already spend to have an envelope delivered. Think high-touch, not just high-tech.
